Utilizing a combined microarray and bioinformatics analysis of the full transcriptome, we discovered significant changes in 732 long non-coding RNAs, 47 circular RNAs, 17 microRNAs, and 1892 messenger RNAs, all linked to the wound repair process post-TULP treatment. This finding was further validated using quantitative reverse transcription PCR (qRT-PCR) and immunohistochemistry.
